Shipping policy

📦 Shipping Policy

We provide international shipping services to customers worldwide. Please read the following carefully, as shipping terms differ depending on your location.


1. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number.

  • If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days (excluding weekends), please contact us at sales@collectablevoyage.net so we can promptly investigate the status of your order.


2. United States Orders (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

  • For U.S. customers, we ship under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP, Incoterms® 2020).

  • All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are included in your total payment at checkout.

  • This means you will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.


3. All Other Countries (DAP / FCA – Customer Responsibility)

  • For all other destinations, orders are shipped under DAP – Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020).

  • Customer pays:

    • Shipping fee (charged at checkout).

    • Insurance (optional, at customer’s cost).

    • All import VAT/GST, customs duties, clearance, brokerage, and carrier disbursement fees.

  • Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the customer once goods are made available at the named place of destination, prior to unloading.

  • For wholesale or special orders, shipments may be arranged under FCA – Free Carrier (Incheon, South Korea), with the customer handling all transport after pickup.


4. Customs & Import Duties

  • You are the Importer of Record and responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations of your country.

  • Customs clearance times vary and are beyond our control. Any delays caused by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If customs requires additional information (such as ID number or tax registration), you must provide it promptly to avoid delays or returns.


5. Refused, Unclaimed, or Duty-Unpaid Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect/incomplete address:

    • We may reship the order after receiving the two-way shipping cost and any carrier return fees.

    • Or, we may issue a refund of the product price only, minus:

      • Original shipping fee,

      • Return shipping fee,

      • Non-recoverable carrier/customs charges, and

      • A restocking fee of up to 10% (if applicable).

  • If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs or the carrier due to refusal or inaction, no refund will be available.


6. Insurance, Loss & Damage in Transit

  • Insurance is available at customer’s expense for non-U.S. orders.

  • Lost in transit: Contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • Delivered but missing/stolen: Once tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility lies with the recipient and local carrier.

  • Carton damage only: If the outer carton is damaged but the product itself is intact, replacements are not provided (see our Return Policy).


7. Service Availability & Restrictions

  • Some destinations (remote regions, PO boxes, APO/FPO, or sanctioned countries) may be unavailable or require surcharges.

  • Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.


8. Export Terms Summary

  • United States: DDP (duties & taxes included at checkout).

  • All Other Countries: DAP/FCA (customer pays shipping, insurance, and all import duties & taxes).
